LinkedIn hacked, time to think

Linkedin logo

Well in my personal crusade on having your data safe on your own personal server I find news like this heartwarming.

I don’t wish anyone to be hacked, it’s happened to me and a few of my sites, so to have your personal/client information safe should be paramount, hence why I always tell my clients not to use online services for sensitive information, including Agendas, Contacts, Files etc etc

This information is/has been given to you in the strictest confidence, so why would you put that data in the hands of hackers with using an online service?

This is the time to think about your own personal server and have your information with you, safe, and secure and away from any major online service.

So with that being said, we now should all change our LinkedIn passwords…
