MacJunky | How to get good WiFi coverage in a large house.

WordPress redirecting to homepage issue, fixed.

MacJunky | WordPress redirecting to homepage issue, fixed.

Today I had an issue with getting into my WordPress (3.9.1) admin panel, and checking the logs it seems that I’m getting ‘brute force attacked’ so I had a feeling of being hacked.

But I am very conscious of hackers so I lock down my, and my client’s sites so to date that has never happened.

So it came as a shock, so I looked round my server logs and .htaccess files to see if anything had caused the problem and couldn’t find anything, so I got more and more frustrated.

MacJunky | With the Facebook acquisition of WhatsApp, I think it’s time to delete it form my iPhone, also to show you how you can export your conversations from the app.

I was a great fan of WhatsApp, I had used it to connect with friends all over the world and it’s been on the home page of my iPhone for as long as I can remember.

Have you ever heard the original Sad Mac crashing chimes?

MacJunky | Have you ever heard the original Sad Mac crashing chimes?

Maybe you’re old enough to remember some of the original Sad Mac (non)boot up chimes. I remember hating hearing them, it was either an issues with software, extension, control panel, bad RAM or god forbid a hardware problem.
